The Leaders who have developed their capacity to masterfully attune to themselves, others, and the situation at hand while allowing the wisdom of a higher intelligence to create through them. Leaders who are a channel for Divine Intelligence with the tools to make an impact.
The challenge is when one's nervous system is impaired from trauma, the intuition becomes distorted by protective personality structures. Most Leaders operate out of survival strategies creating more negative experiences for themselves, others, and the world.
